Change From the Top Down?????

I thought that all government appointed positions were to ensure all changes moving forward to be in the best interest of the people.  Most Politicians think that if the rich had more they can get us more jobs.  That's not what the people have defending us the American people.  We have equal rights for all Americans this is important because equal rights is what defines the difference between whether we have true FREEDOM.  The view I have is to balance the control of production in America with more people but there are those who say that if we give them the control of the economy they will give us jobs, that's not freedom thats control.  Equal Rights and Economical Balance, It rings of Freedom.
